Coach parking reservation in Iseltwald
To visit Iseltwald by coach you will need an online reservation in advance on https://portal.wyby.ch/lessors/iseltwald/
Payment is made by credit card directly at the time of booking. The maximum length of stay for coaches is 2 hours. The available time slots are shown on the reservation system. Please note that coaches must arrive and depart during the timeframe booked.

08:00 - 10:00 h
10:00 - 12:00 h
13:00 - 15:00 h
15:00 - 17:00 h
17.00 - 19.00 h (April - October)
Visiting Iseltwald by coach without a reservation is prohibited! If the time slots are already fully booked, a visit by coach impossible. There is no drop off zone.
Public transportation to Iseltwald
Switzerland is well known for its high quality public transportation system. Parking spaces in the small town of Iseltwald are rare. So please visit Iseltwald by bus or by boat.
Between spring and autumn, you can travel from Interlaken Ost to Iseltwald comfortably by boat. The boat journey takes approximately 40 minutes and promises unique views of castle ruins amid breathtaking mountains. Refer to the boat timetable online. All year round, you can also take a public bus from Interlaken West or Interlaken Ost to Iseltwald in 30 minutes. Use the bus timetable online. Groups will need to make a reservation. https://www.postauto.ch/en

- The filming location is easy to find and not far from the bus stop Iseltwald Dorf.
- There is a CHF 5.- entrance fee to be paid for the boat pier payable in Swiss coins (5, 2 and 1 frank pieces) or by credit card.
- Please make use of the public toilets near the bus stop if you need to. To enter the bathroom area a fee of CHF 1.- is paid in Swiss coins (1/2, 1 or 2 frank pieces) or by credit card.
- Trash cans are found in public areas. Please refer from littering.
- Respect that the famous location has kept its original function as a boat pier, having boats attached to it and people coming and going
- Be sure to respect the quiet atmosphere of this authentic swiss village by keeping a low volume and staying in the public areas. Please don’t set foot on any private properties.
